What to expect

Our goal is to provide compassionate, quality care for your pet. We are open seven days a week, and walk-ins are always welcome.

If you or your pet has any special needs for safety or comfort, please let our staff know when you check in, so we can make every effort to accommodate you.

When you arrive, you can call to check in curbside at (702) 736-4944, or simply walk in. Our hospital has separate entrances for cats and dogs. If it is an emergency, please let our staff know right away so your pet gets immediate care. During busier times you may experience a short wait.

Our hospital has seven exam rooms, with veterinarians on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What to bring along.

Do not worry if you are missing something. A few things help us get up to speed faster, but none of them will hold up your visit.

  • Any previous veterinary records
  • A list of your pet's current medications
  • Notes on anything that helps us understand your pet

Before a surgery or procedure.

If your pet is scheduled for surgery, a dental, or another procedure that needs anesthesia, here is how the day goes.

    The night before

    No food, water, or treats after midnight.

    Morning drop-off

    Check in between 6 and 9 a.m., Monday through Sunday.

    Through the day

    We call you with updates and go over aftercare before your pet goes home.

No surprises at checkout. We keep it simple, and we are always happy to walk through costs before we do anything.
